Sony, an accident waiting to happen
In his recent blog entry David Berlind states that the whole SonyBMG saga was an accident waiting to happen. He blaims the big entertainment companies Apple and Microsoft for time lack of DRM interoperability. Of course he has a point but a standard which is supported and implemented by all is unthinkable. Let us hope that finally the big entertainmentcompanies get their heads together and design a DRM with supports the rights of the users and the owners.
